Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if prior communication is made and the requested item is available in stock.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must have no stains, odors, or signs of wear

Bodysuits and swimwear are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Any items returned with visible stains, damage, or wear will not be accepted for exchange.

Q.A Collection reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
